Brandz is a mobile application designed to help users discover brands that collaborate with influencers and provide their associated email addresses. The App provides information on brands and their contact details for outreach purposes.
Please note that the Brandz App does not require or allow for user accounts or registration. You can access the App and its features directly upon download. We do not store any personal information that could directly identify you within the App.

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Please note: The Brandz App lists information about various third-party brands. We do not own, claim to own, or claim any rights to the trademarks, logos, brand names, or other intellectual property associated with these third-party brands. All such intellectual property belongs to their respective owners.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as generally permitted through the App's normal functionality for your personal, non-commercial use.
Permitted Use: You may use the App to browse, identify, and obtain publicly available brand contact information for the legitimate purpose of influencer outreach and collaboration.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

By using the App, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
All matters relating to the App and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the
